Conference Group Reservations

When delegates travel to attend a Conference, proximity to the meeting venue is very important. Your delegates will be able to maximize their time by staying on-campus and can continue to network before and after the programmed activities. Each stay includes a daily hot and cold buffet style breakfast and housekeeping services. Pricing is dependent on group size – please contact us for details!
Group Master Reservations
Master group reservations are ideal for groups who would like to guarantee rooms to their delegates and conferences with a registration fee which includes accommodations. This option requires a signed contract, proof of liability insurance, a deposit, rooming list, and a master invoice.
Suite: Conference
These suites consist of 2 or 4 bedrooms, each furnished with one bed and desk, that share a private washroom and a kitchenette (equipped with a microwave and fridge).
Traditional: Single
Traditional singles consists of one bed per room which share a washroom with the adjoining room. These rooms are air-conditioned and also contain a desk, vanity, and sink.
Traditional Double Room
Traditional Doubles consist of two single beds per room which share a washroom with the adjoining room. All bedrooms are air conditioned and are furnished with two desks, chairs, a vanity, and a sink.
