We offer discounted rates to guests who would like to stay with us for 30 consecutive nights or more.  Summer Accommodations in Residence will be available from May 18 – August 11, 2024 (last night being August 10, 2024).

Long Term Stay Accommodations

  • Please only complete this application if you are NOT a Carleton student and wish to stay at Carleton University for a minimum of 30 consecutive nights between May 13 and August 13, 2023. If you are a Carleton student, please see our Summer Residence webpage.

    This is not a reservation confirmation. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed and we will respond within 3 business days. Please note, full payment for the first 30 nights will be due upon approval of your application.

  • Our 2023 summer accommodation dates are May 13 to August 13. The last possible night of stay is August 12, 2023. Your arrival date and departure date must be at least 30 nights apart to qualify for our long term stay rates.
