Check-In: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. Guests below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone for the duration of their stay.

More AmenitiesTV Lounges: Public lounges are available on each floor for guest use. These are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Laundry: Self-serve laundry facilities are available for use at $1.65 per load (wash or dry). To use this service you will need to load funds onto your key-card at the Residence Reception Desk. Extra towels, irons and ironing boards are available upon request at the Residence Reception Desk.

Red Telephones
Located in building lobbies, corridors, computer labs, and parking garages.
Blue Light
Exterior Emergency Telephones and Emergency Phones. Located outside on the campus grounds, parking garages and in the tunnel system.
Bell Canada Pay Telephones
Located across campus – dial 613-520-4444. It is a free call from any campus pay telephone.
In Case of Fire
Please exit the building and head to one of our safe destination sites. Do not return until you hear the “all clear” signal (45 to 60 second blast).
Safe Destination Sites are posted inside the entrances to floors and buildings. Please make sure to identify your safe destination upon arrival.
Emergency calls made by any of the listed means will be received by the Campus Safety Services, Communication Control Centre for co-ordination of 9-1-1 Emergency Response.
