To inquire about hosting an event on campus or booking on-site accommodations, please complete this inquiry form. This form must be submitted to Conference Services a minimum 15 business days before the event date.
Additionally, an Event Risk Management form is required for events with 50 or more participants. The Risk Management Form is only required for events (not on-site accommodations) and can be found here.
Carleton has paused its mandatory mask mandate as of June 25, 2022. Even though masks will no longer be mandatory, we continue to strongly recommend masking when indoors, particularly if physical distancing cannot be maintained.
